The Fit
For Life Programme commences after Easter and runs for seven
Wednesday evenings commencing at 7:30pm.
After signing-in members have the option of aerobics
in the Church Hall with Linda Quail or a long or short walk in the local area.
In 2010 a card craft demonstration will be available for
those not wishing to participate in physical activities.

This is generally followed by a short
talk/presentation and the evening closes with a healthy light supper. A sit
down meal is provided on the final evening.
Members can also take part in a 'weigh in' and prizes are awarded to those who
lose most during the programme.
A warm welcome is extended to all ladies of the area to attend and up to 100
ladies attend most evenings.
